How to Use: Cervical Dorsal Fulcrum Traction Wedge

Instructions:

  1. Place the Cervical Dorsal Fulcrum on the treatment table, floor or firm surface.
  2. The Dorsal Fulcrum Wedge should be placed with the vertical, non sloped side pressed firmly against your shoulders, as low as you can place it on your lower neck/upper back.
  3. Lay your neck on the placement divot of the device, your face should be parallel to the ceiling. Your neck muscles should be relaxed and your chin should not be tucked in any way.
  4. Lie down for no more than a few minutes if severe, or less if you cannot find a pain free position.
  5. Increase time on the second day and then gradually add time the following days for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per session.
  6. When finished using the Cervical Dorsal Fulcrum, do not abruptly raise your head up from the device, gently cradle your head and roll off to the side. Sit up once you are comfortable.
  7. A removable, interconnecting dense foam layer provides adequate sizing for Adults, Young Adults, Teenagers or Children/Pediatric use. Apart of our Interconnecting layer, Smart Orthotics™ line.

How to Use: Cervical Orthotic Traction Block

Instructions:

  1. Place the Orthotic Block on the treatment table, floor or firm surface.
  2. Lie down so the cervical neck is in contact with the Apex of the device.
  3. The Device can be placed at the Lower, Middle or Upper neck.
  4. Lie down for no more than a few minutes if severe, or less if you cannot find a pain free position.
  5. Increase time on the second day and then gradually add time the following days for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per session.
  6. When finished using the Orthotic Block, do not abruptly raise your head up from the device. Gently roll off to the side and sit up once you are comfortable.
  7. Three dense foam layers interconnect to provide adequate sizing for Adults, Young Adults, Teenagers or Children/Pediatric use. Apart of our Interconnecting layer, Smart Orthotics™ line.

How to Use: Occipital Release Tool

Instructions:

  1. Place the Occipital Release Tool on the treatment table, floor or firm surface.
  2. Lie down so the occiput (muscles the rear of the skull) are in contact with the occipital release nodes of the device.
  3. Lie for no more than a few minutes if severe or less if you cannot find a pain free position.
  4. Increase time on the second day and then add movement of head from side to side in an effort to find a pain free position.
  5. The patient can choose to move in rotation, flexion/extension, and side bending in order to find the most comfortable, pain free and effective positions.
  6. Remove the lower Interconnecting dense foam layer to provide proper sizing for Young Adults, Teenagers and Children/Pediatric use.

How to Use: Neck Bed Traction Pillow

Instructions:

  1. Place the Neck Bed, Cervical Traction Pillow on the treatment table, floor or firm surface.
  2. Lie down so the occiput (muscles at the rear of the skull) are in contact with the occipital release ridge of the device
  3. Lie for no more than a few minutes if severe or less if you cannot find pain free positions.
  4. Increase time on the second day and then add movement of  the head from side to side in an effort to target trigger points and loosen tightened muscles.
  5. You may choose to move in rotation, flexion/extension, and side bending in order to find the most comfortable, pain free and effective positions.

 

How to Use: Cervical Traction Pillow

Instructions:

  1. Place the device on the treatment table, floor or firm surface.
  2. The Multi Point massager is great for targeting upper and lower cervical pain, back pain, waist pain, thoracic pain, foot and sole pain and calf pain.
  3. Lie for no more than a few minutes if severe or less if you cannot find pain free positions.
  4. Increase time on the second day. You can choose to move in rotation, flexion/extension, and side bending in order to find the most comfortable, pain free and effective positions
